Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 5 pm AEST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
Standard delivery time: 3-7 Business days after processing and shipping
Express delivery time: 1-2 business days after processing and shipping
Forever Jewellery's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return items ordered online and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 30 days after their receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards).
