CLUSE guarantees your CLUSE watch for the 24 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover batteries, leather straps, bracelets, crystals or cases or any damages to the watch caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, careless handling or unauthorized tampering as well as normal wear and tear or aging. The guarantee becomes null and void if the watch is opened, taken apart or is serviced by unauthorized persons.

NOMINATION - Nomination has 24-months warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty against defects does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the goods due to normal wear, mishap, careless handling or improper use. Tarnishing occurs naturally and therefore, cleaning is not covered by the warranty. Loss of colour due to improper use is not considered a manufacturing defect. 

SWAROVSKI - Swarovski has 24-months warranty from the date of purchased. The warranty only covers damage that in the opinion of Swarovski or an authorised Swarovski retailer is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, negligence or by failure to follow Swarovski’s special product Care Advice. Swarovski does not repair jewellery, they only provide replacement if they are still under warranty. 

ANIA HAIE - All Ania Haie jewellery pieces have a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects but not fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. For the warranty to be valid, proof of purchase is required. Warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.

ELLANI - Ellani pieces have a warranty period of 12 months from the date of original purchase. Our 12 month warranty does not cover: Accidental damage or mistreatment,  alteration to the product, damage caused by exposure to perfume, hairspray, chlorine, saltwater moisturiser, shampoo and cleaning products such as and bleach, normal wear and tear or aging of the materials, damages as a result of improper usage such as scratching and intentional damage.
