Standard Postage on orders within Australia are AUD$10.60 per parcel.
Priority Insured Postage on orders within Australia are AUD$13.50 per parcel.
Express Postage on orders within Australia are AUD$15.10 per parcel.
For orders over AUD$100, Postage is free.
We use Australia Post which is 5-7 business days delivery depending on your location. Express Post is usually 1-2 business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days.
If you have not received your item/s within 7 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
Tracking your order
Once your order is packed and leaves our store you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post for pick up.
International deliveryWe frequently post items to New Zealand, USA, Canada, most of Europe, South Africa and most of Asia for other countries please email@example.com for costs and availability.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return or exchange. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

All purchases through our website are subject to product availability. As we are a retail AND online store, items may be physically sold in store and require a physical stocktake and an update of inventory which only occurs during store hours. In the event that an item isn't available at the time of an online purchase we will offer a replacement or refund for that purchase.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction.
