Sizing & Custom Design Timeframe

Please note that our standard ring size is AU N. Any other sizes will take between 2 - 8 weeks to resize. Custom designs currently take 8 weeks to produce. Please contact our customer service team for more details.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 5 pm AEST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
