Replied instantly to a query I had about what to order & when I placed the ordered sent me a message to say I had ordered a bracelet which would be too big for my daughter , so they were refunding me some money back . They are so honest , I wouldn’t have be any the wiser , great customer service .
Order was shipped out free delivery very quickly .

At Christmas we travelled to Las Vegas and there was nothing that was as perfect as that charm despite a lot of looking around in Vegas and it brings back so many fun memories.

I have had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Mai and her lovely ladies since 2010 when my then 8yr old daughter went in to buy a graduation Pandora charm for me but did not have enough money. The beautiful ladies let her have it , knowing that I would return to make up the difference at a later date. Fast forward to 2019 and now I am in the process of designing a 18th birthday gift for the same daughter with old gold from items that are precious to our family. Mai also recently created my dream engagement ring. After 26 years of marriage I finally have the ring I always imaged and dreamed of. The final piece is better than I could have imagined though because it now has pieces of my grandmother’s gold, my original engagement ring diamonds and stones that represent my two beautiful daughters. Mai has unknowingly created a beautiful piece of jewellery with so much sentimental value, hopes and dreams which I hope to pass on to my girls. I cannot recommend Mai enough for all that she does and for the outstanding customer service that her and her staff always provides. Thank you so much.

I received my nomination charms quite fast, they were packaged well and arrived safely. They are high quality and I would highly recommend this store to all.

I recently had my wedding ring redone for my anniversary, and I absolutely love it! Everyone comments on how beautiful my ring is. I just wanted to tell everyone what a wonderful job Forever Jewellery do if bespoke pieces. I have had my original engagement ring made into a beautiful cross pendant for my daughter to give on her wedding day. I have recently had my original wedding ring and eternity ring made into a new wedding ring to renew my vows. And we are waiting for the bespoke bangle to be made for my husband from his old gold.
